Opened on 6 March 2008 and only 60 kilometres, a 45 minute drive, south west of Copenhagen, Premier Outlets Center is the only dedicated Outlet Centre in Denmark. Its location, on the outskirts of Ringsted, puts it at the very heart of Zealand, which is the largest of the islands which make up Denmark.
It is located immediately adjacent to Junction 36 of the E20 Highway which runs between Sweden and Germany, from Copenhagen to Odense.
The Centre has been built in one phase of 13,200 sq m of which 12,500 sq m is dedicated to retail space and foodcourt. Built in the style of a traditional Danish market town, it has 62 retail units ranging in size from 50 sq m to 100 sq m, supported by 1,000 parking spaces.
Denmark is amongst the most prosperous countries in Europe, but has a limited retail structure so this new Outlet Centre provides a major opportunity for Danes to enjoy what many consider they like doing most; shopping. Over 60% of the 5.4million people who live in Denmark are within the Center's catchment area. Over 1.8million live within 45 minutes and a total of 3.2million people live within 90 minutes.
All units are finished to a 'Vanilla Box' specification, all with rear servicing.
